Accessibility statement

Our commitment

PageTech Solutions Limited wants everyone who visits this website to be able to read it, move around it and get in touch, whatever device or assistive technology they use. The target is WCAG 2.1 level AA across every page, and that target is checked in the build rather than assumed.

What is in place

• Every page is built with semantic HTML: one h1, a logical heading order, landmarks for navigation, main content and footer, and a "skip to main content" link as the first focusable element.
• Everything that can be clicked can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and the focused element is always visibly outlined.
• Text and interface colours meet the 4.5:1 contrast ratio in both the light and dark themes; the theme follows your system preference and can be switched on any page.
• Motion is reduced or removed when your device asks for it (prefers-reduced-motion), and the high-contrast preference (prefers-contrast) is honoured.
• Forms label every field, report errors next to the field and in an announced status region, and never rely on colour alone.
• Images carry meaningful alternative text or are marked decorative; the site works without JavaScript for reading and contact by telephone or email.
• Automated checks (axe-core through the Lighthouse accessibility audit, plus a dead-link and heading-structure validator) run on every change before it can be deployed; a change that lowers the accessibility score is blocked.

Known limitations

Some parts of the site depend on third parties whose accessibility we do not control:

• Booking a call opens Microsoft Bookings in a new tab. If it does not work for you, the contact form and telephone number on the contact page reach the same person.
• Spam protection on the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. It normally needs no interaction; if it presents a challenge you cannot complete, a simple arithmetic alternative is offered on the form.
• The availability calendar is a visual grid with a text status for each day and a list-style week view; if the live data cannot be loaded it says so rather than showing stale dates.

Some older PDF or document attachments shared during an engagement may not be fully tagged. Ask and an accessible version will be provided.

If any part of this site is hard to use, or you need information in another format, please say so through the contact form or by telephone on 01264 354354. Problems are looked at by the person who builds the site, usually within two working days, and fixes ship through the same tested pipeline as every other change.

How this statement is maintained

This statement is reviewed whenever the site's structure changes and at least every six months. The automated checks described above run on every change; the last full manual review, covering keyboard navigation, screen-reader reading order and colour contrast in both themes, was carried out on 5 September 2026.
