Most integration problems aren't visible until something changes — a third-party API updates, a dependency deprecates a version, or traffic grows past what the original design assumed. This review maps that risk before it becomes an incident, scoped as a fixed piece of work with a defined deliverable.

- Where coupling is tightest, and which integration points would be hardest to change or replace
- Exposure to third-party API versioning and deprecation — what you're depending on that could move under you
- Error handling and retry behaviour across integration boundaries, and what happens when a downstream call fails
What you get
A written picture of what would break first under change, with prioritised recommendations for the fragile points that matter most. A short walkthrough call to talk through the findings is included; building out any fixes is a separate, further-scoped piece of work. You have seven days after the walkthrough to come back with questions by email, and I'll answer them. If something bigger comes out of it, we can talk about that as its own piece of work.
What I need from you
To do this properly I need read-only access to the code, whatever documentation exists, and someone who can answer questions for about an hour in total. You'll have the findings within ten working days of me getting access.

This is an assessment, not a rebuild of your integration layer. For ongoing integration development and delivery work — building or replacing the integrations themselves — see Integrations.
This review covers up to five integration points, meaning five places where one of your systems talks to another system or to a third party. Most small and mid-sized setups fit within that. If you have more, we pick the five that worry you most, or I quote for the full map before starting. I work from your code, configuration and documentation; I don't need access to your suppliers' systems.
