For a narrower question than a full engagement, these three are scoped as a fixed piece of work with a defined deliverable — useful as a starting point before committing to something larger. Each is quoted as a fixed price agreed in writing after a free 20-minute call.

Engagement
How engagements work
Engagements range from a single-day review to multi-week delivery — depending on scope and complexity. The more complete your requirements, the stronger the solution.
Project-based or retained engagement. Written scope agreed before work starts, accountability at every stage, and a 30-day defect warranty included.
2. High-Level Design
Where the work needs one, a chargeable design: architecture, data and API contracts, and a delivery timeline. Its scope and fee are agreed in writing before it starts, and you approve the design before development begins.
3. Agreement
Review the proposal together, agree scope, deliverables, and fee structure in writing — then sign off to proceed.
4. Build & Iterate
Deliver in small, testable slices with regular checkpoints — so you can steer the work as it progresses.
5. Sign-Off
Walk through the completed solution together, confirm it meets the agreed requirements, and formally sign off before handover.
6. Handover & Support
Low-level design, documentation, and knowledge transfer — everything you need to own and operate the solution. The 30-day warranty period starts from sign-off.
