Frequently asked questions

What banking and financial services experience does PageTech Solutions have?

Jamie Page spent fourteen years working in and around Lloyds Banking Group's operational environment across five employers, covering workforce planning and capacity management tooling, document processing and ECM on OpenText Captiva, and C#/.NET backend delivery with SQL Server, Entity Framework, REST APIs and Microsoft Graph. Production support and root-cause investigation ran through all of that work.

Can you help with a supplier or team transition in a banking operation?

Yes. Jamie has been through several supplier transitions on the same inbound-processing service, moving between Communisis, Tech Mahindra, Paragon Customer Communications and SPS while the client stayed the same. The focus each time was making the change invisible to the client: correct access and groups from day one, documentation that reflected reality, and no continuity depending on one person's memory.

Do you take on regulatory or compliance responsibility for banking systems?

No. The experience is operational and technical, not regulatory. Jamie has supported compliance-related workflows without owning regulatory responsibility for them, and any engagement works the same way. PageTech fits around your existing compliance and risk functions rather than replacing them; regulatory sign-off stays with the people whose job it is, while the work focuses on making the underlying systems reliable and understandable.

Is this work delivered on site or remotely?

All delivery is 100% remote, provided directly by Jamie Page. PageTech Solutions is a founder-led UK consultancy, so you deal with the person doing the work rather than an account manager. A free 20-minute consultation is available to start, and work is either quoted as a fixed price agreed in writing after scoping or charged at £400 to £500 per day ex VAT.
